ORDERS ARE PREPARED AND SHIPPED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF YOUR ORDER (EXCLUDING CHRISTMAS PERIOD, THE WEEK OF AUGUST 15, SATURDAY, SUNDAY AND HOLIDAYS)
Your package is shipped the day of the order if it is placed before 12 noon (excluding weekends and holidays). In periods of high activity, the preparation of the order can take up to 48/72 hours.
You will be notified by email as soon as your package has been shipped and you will receive the tracking number of your order to be kept informed of the proper delivery of your package. Our deliveries are made with the services of GLS (for EU countries) or TNT/ DHL (for other countries).
FREE DELIVERY IN EUROPE FROM 100 € (EXCEPT GREECE, CROATIA, CYPRUS, MALTA).
Delivery to a relay point via Mondial Relay in 4/5 working days (Metropolitan France excluding Corsica): € 10.00 including tax, free for purchases of € 100 or more.
Home delivery via GLS for EU countries: € 10.00 including tax, free for purchases of € 100.
DELIVERY TO GREECE, CROATIA, CYPRUS, MALTA, ANDORRA, LIECHTENSTEIN, SWITZERLAND AND THE UNITED KINGDOM
Express home delivery via LaPoste / Colissimo: € 15.00/£15.00/30CHF incl. Delivery times are communicated directly by the carrier. The free port service does not exist for these destinations.
DELIVERY IN THE REST OF THE WORLD AND THE DOM TOM
At the moment no delivery is guaranteed outside of the countries mentioned above but please do not hesitate to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like more information.
For delivery outside the European Union, including for Switzerland, customs charges may be applied and are the responsibility of the customer, the products being invoiced excluding tax.
RETURNS POSSIBLE WITHIN 14 DAYS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from www.blueice.com, you can return your item to us for free within 14 days. You will be fully refunded if you return the items received within 14 business days of delivery. Please send us an email at email@example.com so that we can manage your return request. Once your return is validated, we will send you a pre-paid label. Items must be in new and unused condition, with all tags and undamaged packaging.
