Position Summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing after-sales requests for our Retail and Consumer channels, ensuring efficient management of customer enquiries and product returns.
Job responsibilities
- Receiving and managing customer requests: Handling returns requests from our customers, retailers and consumers.
- Handling after-sales mailboxes: Responsive management of warranty mailboxes, responding quickly and efficiently to requests.
- Updating the shared file: Filling in and keeping up to date the shared file for tracking requests/returns.
- Document creation: Issuing return forms and GLS/Colissimo labels to be sent to customers by e-mail.
- Entering orders into BC: Entering operations carried out in our ERP system (Business Central).
- Physical returns management: Tracking and organising physical returns of products.
- Communication with customers: Answering customers' questions about procedures, returns, exchanges and refunds.
- Preparing parcels: Preparing after-sales product parcels.
Profile required:
Skills required:
- Previous experience in managing after-sales, returns or a similar position.
- Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ideally BC - Business Central).
- Rigour, organisation and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and customer relationship management skills.
- Bilingual English/French required.
